From the 405 (San Diego) Freeway:

  1. In Seal Beach, exit Seal Beach Boulevard, South
  2. Proceed South on Seal Beach for just under 3 miles to Pacific Coast Highway (PCH)
  3. Turn right (West) on PCH
  4. Proceed West on PCH for just over ½ mile to Marina Drive
  5. Turn left (West) on Marina
  6. Proceed for one-eighth of a mile to 6th Street
  7. Turn left (South) on 6th
  8. Proceed on 6th to Electric Avenue (almost immediately—beware the one way outlet!)
  9. Turn left (East) on Electric—the first left after turning onto 6th is also Electric, but is one-way the wrong way!
  10. Proceed one-eighth of a mile
  11. The Library is on your left
