To receive these cablecast courses, students must be subscribers to Time Warner AND live in Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Midway City, Seal Beach, Stanton or Westminster. Students who do not have access to the Coastline Cable Channel or live in the cities listed have the option to watch the videolessons at a Coastline viewing center or renting videos through ACT Inc.
